President of the National Defense Academy of Japan visits Timor-Leste

President of the National Defense Academy of Japan, Dr. Ryosei Kokubun, accompanied by Major General Seiki Kageura visited Timor-Leste from November 30 to December 2, 2016. Dr. Kokubun and Major General Kageura paid courtesy calls on H. E. Mr. Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao, Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment, H. E. Mr. Cirilo Cristovao, Minister of Defense, Major General Lere Anan Timur, Chief of Timor-Leste Defense Force and also had the opportunity to meet F-FDTL cadets who have graduated from the National Defense Academy of Japan. Beside that the delegation also had site visit to Hera Naval Base and Metinaro Training Center.
